| DON’T FORGET THE MINIMUM CORPORATE TAX TO BE APPLIED IN 2025! A new regulation has introduced the domestic minimum corporate tax, stipulating that the calculated corporate tax cannot be less than 10% of the corporate income before deductions for exemptions and discounts. The taxable base, on which the 10% rate will be applied, is determined by adding non-deductible expenses to the commercial profit or loss and subtracting exemptions and deductions as stipulated in the relevant article. E-LEDGER CREATION, SIGNING, AND UPLOAD DEADLINE EXTENDED TO APRIL 18, 2025! A new circular has been published regarding Tax Procedure Law Circular/186 (09/04/2025-VUK-186 / 2025-7). According to the circular, the deadline for creating and signing e-Ledgers, originally set for April 10, 2025, has been extended to Friday, April 18, 2025. INFO ON REDUCED CORPORATE & INCOME TAX DURING DECLARATION PERIOD As of April, the corporate tax declaration period for the 2024 fiscal year has begun.
