REGULATION ON SUPPORTING INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPATION CAPITAL FOR STARTUP OR GROWTH-STAGE ENTERPRISES HAS BEEN PUBLISHED! The regulation sets out the principles and procedures for supporting individual participation capital, a financial tool for startups or growth-stage enterprises that struggle to access financing due to high risk. DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN AGRICULTURAL TRADE: MANDATORY DOCUMENTS FOR ELECTRONIC PRODUCT CERTIFICATES AND CHANGES TO THE TAX PROCEDURE LAW! According to the Electronic Product Certificate Regulation, the Electronic Product Certificate (ELÜS) must now include an Electronic Product Certificate Trading Document (ELÜS Trading Document) and an Electronic Product Certificate Transaction Result Document (ELÜS Transaction Result Document), which have been classified as mandatory documents under the Tax Procedure Law No. 213. As of 01.01.2025, workplaces classified as low-risk and employing fewer than 50 workers are required to have an occupational safety specialist and a workplace physician. According to an announcement on the official website of the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TÜRKPATENT), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is organizing the 2025 Global Awards to emphasize the role of intellectual property in economic, social, and cultural development and to encourage innovation. Winners will be selected by an independent jury and will receive their awards at a ceremony in Geneva, Switzerland, in July 2025. Along with specially designed awards, winners will also receive guidance on developing their intellectual property strategies.
