In accordance with Article 5 of the Industrial Registration Law No. 6948, companies with an industrial registration certificate are obliged to submit their Annual Business Schedules, which contain information about the previous year, within the first four months of each year. Administrative fines are imposed in accordance with Article 9 of the Law on industrial enterprises that do not fulfill the obligations in Articles 2, 4 and 5 of the Law.
