| CASH REPATRIATION LAW HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 31.12.2021! With the law no:7326 (act of indemnity), the 31. Article of the Tax Procedure Law no:213 was updated. With the updated regulation, the opportunity of revaluating the economic assets which are subject to amortization and actively recorded real estates till the date of 31/12/2021 for ledger clerks on the basis of balance and who are also subject to full obligation has been permitted providing to abidance to the conditions and provisions.
