| EXTENSION OF E-LEDGER CREATION AND SIGNING DEADLINES! With VUK Circular No. 189 dated 03.06.2025, the Revenue Administration announced an extension for the deadlines related to the e-Ledger application. According to the circular: The deadlines for the creation, signing, and uploading of the e-Ledgers to the Information Processing System of the Revenue Administration, which were originally due by June 10, 2025, have been extended until the end of Monday, June 16, 2025. | IMPLEMENTATION COMMUNIQUÉ ON THE DECISION FOR STATE AID IN INVESTMENTS PUBLISHED! The Implementation Communiqué related to the Decision No. 9903 on State Aid in Investments was published in the Official Gazette on 21.06.2025. It is now mandatory to include a Workplace Opening and Operating License in the application process. Under the previous legislation, this document had already started to be requested for certain types of investments excluding complete new ones. | SGK PRACTICES DURING THE 2025 FISCAL HOLIDAY According to Article 1 of Law No. 5604 on the Enactment of the Fiscal Holiday, a fiscal holiday is implemented each year in July, which brings certain reliefs for employers regarding specific SGK (Social Security Institution) obligations. 👉 Please contact us via info@sistemglobal.com.tr for all of your questions and opinions NEW REGULATION ON PAYMENT OF WAGES THROUGH BANKS With the regulation change published in the Official Gazette dated 04.06.2025, a significant amendment has been made to the minimum threshold for paying wages, bonuses, premiums, and similar payments to employees via bank transfer.
